Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Usually it take from 1 to 3 days for new orders to be processed, it is also subject to Stock Availability.
2. Shipping Methods
We use SMSA or Aramex for shipping. In some cases, we might use alternative shipping methods to deliver the shipment faster.

4. Shipping Charges
We charge 22 SAR per order. If the order value is higher than 249 SAR, we offer free shipping.
5. Delivery Time
We stock locally in Saudi Arabia. It takes between 1-4 days to delivery based on shipping location. In Main cities, between 1-4 days. In other cities, between 3-7 days.
6. Which countries do you ship to?
At present, Alefjewels ships exclusively within KSA. We value your interest and are always looking to expand our services. If you're interested in shipping to other GCC countries, please reach out to us through our Chat feature.
Return & Warranty Policy
1. What is your Return Policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 day s of purchase. Returns have to be made in the original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
2. How do I return an Order?
If you do not like our product, or would like to return for any reason, Please chat with us, and raise a return request with our team within 14 days of purchase.
3. Warranty Policy
Standard Two-Year Warranty. All products are under the warranty of Alef Jewels. Daily wear and tear is not included in the warranty.
4. How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?
We value your satisfaction at Alefjewels. Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we promptly process your refund within 2 business days. Please note, the time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary between 2 to 15 days, depending on your banking institution. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient refund process for you.
